What homeowners & agents ask us

No. Submitting your property is completely non-binding. You're simply expressing interest — Dom reviews every submission personally and will reach out to discuss the specific opportunity before anything moves forward. You approve or decline at every step.

Payment is made directly to you at the agreed rate before the booking date. ELH handles the client invoicing — you receive your net amount without chasing anyone. Typical timelines range from 7 to 30 days before the shoot or event.

Productions and events are managed by professional crews operating under a usage agreement. You set the rules — areas off-limits, handling requirements, maximum headcount. ELH coordinates the full logistics and a site rep is on-location throughout.

Until a usage agreement is signed, you can withdraw at any time. Once a contract is in place, standard cancellation terms apply — Dom will walk you through those before you sign anything. We only proceed when you're fully comfortable.

Not at all — most homeowners prefer to be away. If you'd like to be present, that's fine too. Either way, a dedicated ELH site representative is on-location for the full duration to ensure your home and property are treated with care.
